Green Smoothie Recipe for PMS Symptoms

This is a fabulous green smoothie recipe to help to reduce the symptoms of PMS. Oranges improve the health of the blood vessels of the uterus. Spinach has magnesium which helps to reduce muscle cramps. Cinnamon helps to keep your blood sugar levels stable to reduce cravings for starchy carbs.
Double the recipe if you are really suffering!
You will need:
2 cups of spinach
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon ginger
1 cup water
Place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
